- Up to four hours of consultation regarding your planning
- Referral to reputable vendors and advice regarding contracts
- Unlimited basic email and telephone questions
- Full payment required at signing of contract
Silver Directing Package
- Perfect for those wanting professional assistance ONLY on the day of their event!
- Review of all vendor contracts and confirmation of vendor services 2 weeks prior to the wedding day
- Assistance in the development of the event day itinerary
- Consultant's services on the event day for a maximum of 11 hours
- Personal management of the event day itinerary, vendors, and corporate sponsors
- Serve as a resource to company personnel
- 50% deposit at the signing of the contract with the balance paid one week prior to the wedding day
Gold Consultation Package
- Need full assistance with your plans, but not wedding day directing services
- FREE event planning binder with tip sheets, questions for vendors, worksheets and timeline guides, including pockets for your contracts, pictures, and other important information!
- Up to ten hours of consultation regarding your planning
- Referral to reputable vendors, review of vendor contracts, and confirmation of vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding day
- Assistance in developing your event itinerary
- One visit to your venue prior to the event (travel charges may apply)
- Unlimited email and telephone questions
- Responsible for reservations and RSVPs prior to the event (per request)
- Discounts on certain preferred vendors
- 50% deposit at signing of contract with balance paid one week prior to the wedding day
Platinum Coordination Package
- All-inclusive event package
- Includes all the details of the Deluxe Consultation Package
- Coordinator services on the wedding day for a maximum of 12 hours
- Provision of complete emergency kit
- Serve as a resource for out of town clients and guests
- Responsible for reservations and RSVPs prior to the event (per request)
- Welcome gift bags (where applicable)
- Personal management of event itinerary and vendors
- Assist where necessary
- 50% deposit at signing of contract with balance paid one week prior to the wedding day
